Jr. Badminton team traveled to I le la a Crosse on Thursday, April 6th 2017 for BRAA championship playoffs. They all did extremely well. I was not at all surprised at how they all performed, they are all very great athletes. And as always they the showed sportsmanship by helping other teams count points.

In the single boys category Josiah and Chris ended up in the finals. But in the end Chris ended up with gold and Josiah came in second. Jaden and Leo also won gold in their category in mixed doubles. In the girls doubles category Joy and Nordica also came home with the gold. Sharayah went undefeated throughout the tournament and brought home a shiny gold metal in the single girls category. Seth and Nathan came in second in their pool and fell short in the playoffs. With that said most will advance to districts on April 29th, 2017 travelling to Lloydminster.
